The Oakham Suite is situated on the main A60 Nottingham to Worksop road, standing back from the main road with car parking to both front and rear for approx 75 cars
The Oakham Suite is available for wedding receptions, dinner dances, seminars, christenings and funerals etc.
We have ample cloakroom/restroom facilities with disabled toilet.
The Oakham Suite can accommodate up to 175 seated guests for a formal dinner and up to 200 guests for an evening function with dancing and entertainment
Meeting and Conferencing
The Oakham Suite can also be used for Seminars, Group Presentations, AGM’s, Networking Events, Training Sessions etc
We can arrange the space according to your specification, for example, boardroom, cabaret or lecture theatre style.
Weddings and Functions
The Oakham Suite is the perfect venue to hold your Wedding Reception.
For the full day wedding we ask you to greet your guests in our upstairs bar lounge to join you in an arrival drink (optional), and after we invite you downstairs for the Wedding Breakfast in our main Hall, seating can be arranged to your specifications.
The main hall at the Oakham Suite has a bar, stage and can seat up to 175 guests for dining and up to 200 guests for a buffet.
We offer a large selection of home cooked foods and buffet menus, which can be adapted to suit your taste. Special dietary needs catered for on request.
