FACTS AND FIGURES Our current turnover of £4.1m is achieved by our workforce of 76 operating on three sites all of which are within a one-mile radius of each other. We occupy a total shop floor working space of 33,000 square feet. Our work force is split as follows 55% productive, 10% sales and estimating 5% administrative and 30% support staff.
CNC Punching
High speed, accuracy, and efficiency are the key words when it comes to CNC Punching. It is this combination which enables the manufacturing process to be cost effective over large and small batch work Currently available at both the CARLTON LASER SERVICES LTD (CLS) site and the PEACHMAY SHEET METAL LTD (PSM) site.
Our continued investment in state of the art equipment means that CNC Punching will always be one of the mainstays of our manufacturing processes.
All our machines are programmed "off-line" prior to production by our own technical engineering team operating a range of powerful cad-cam systems with a DNC link to the machines.

Laser Cutting
